        They did an amazing job! They were very responsive and helped walk me through what the process of how the stump would be removed. The stump I needed removed was located beside the leaching field of the Septic. They were very careful when working and knowledgeable about what to do regarding the septic and it's weight restrictions. 5/5

        We had work done. They damaged our new fence as well as most of the grass. When I called to discuss with them, they were not responsive and claimed the damage was superficial and not their problem. They do not take responsibility for their employees lack of respect for our property.

      After we completed the job, we were thanked by the homeowner, Katin Miller, who rendered payment immediately after inspection of the job site. It wasn't until OVER A MONTH later that the self proclaimed "house manager", Colleen, emailed to complain about a dirty fence. She directly contradicts herself in the same sentence in her review. We were "not responsive" yet also "claimed that the damage was superficial". We explained to her that she should simply wash the dirty fence and she did not like that idea. We'd love for her to post pictures of the destroyed grass and destroyed fence (as neither were destroyed or damaged), so anyone reading will understand the unfortunate mindset of this woman.
