        This bank overall is racist. They have a huge lack of diversity and they are not current. They treat non-Caucasian customers with the upmost disrespect. From HR to the branches. Terrible bigots. Dont bank here.

        Very professional bank with customer focused services. I'm a customer since 1999 when the Boston Branch was first opened. I'm using a number of products: Saving/Checking accounts, IRA and Mortgage loan. In all instances I received great and timely professional services.

        Today I opened a student account with Mark and he did an absolute great job today. His customer service was the best of the best and he made me feel apart of the Salem Five Bank family and I couldn't have asked to get better service today. Lastly, everything that this bank has to offer including getting your debit card directly at the branch rather than waiting to receive it in the mail exceeded my expectations. I am defeintly a happy customer.
