In Boston Logan Airport, Terminal A (near gate 18).Ordered a Flat White. 10 minutes later I figured out that they were making no steamed milk beverages. Not sure if they didn't know how or if something was broken. I left. They can keep the 5 bucks, and I can write this review.

The food lady needs to NOT warm up all the food orders at once. Just warm them up as orders comealmost made me late for my flight!! I had to wait for 15 minutes for her to warm up like 10 sandwiches for everyone around me

Ordered a breakfast sandwich on 4/27/22 at 5:30am and asked for a packet of salt to go with it. The woman working there said they didnt have any so I pointed to the salt packets I could see behind the counter and asked again. She insisted that she wouldnt give me any and that they were for drinks Went to the Dunkin around the corner and grabbed salt and pepper packets that they had sitting out for customers.
