This is the WORST STAY OF MY LIFE! DO NOT STAY HERE. ITS A SCAM It is NOT worth the money, better off paying a bit more for a nice hotel. Everything was broken (posting photos of this) but the worst part was the costumer service (or better said lack of it). The blinds in the bedroom were broken and fell down as soon as we walked through the door, they said they would come and fix it the next day, never came or notified me of any plans to do so, had to go to the CVS and purchase duct tape to fix it myself. Everything looks cheap and badly constructed, the walls are paper thin, the sofa bed is uncomfortable with a cheap mattress. The toilet moves when you sit in it, the shower handle was broken, there are almost no blinds to cover the light (to which costumer service responded go buy an eye mask. I posted the email below) Im doing this review while Im still staying at this place. Maybe Ill need to add more awful things. Probably will. The only think worth about this place is the location. Shame on you SONDER Rooms: Small and no curtains to block out any kind of light. Food & drinks: None Noteworthy details: Horrible place to stay. Worst customer service

Great location that was spacious and very clean. Kept up well and in great condition.

Good location. Very simple room for the price. Small bed. Horrible 60 steps up four floors. Details about the stairs are hidden in the website buried under multiple descriptions . Be aware!!!
