Ive been a client of Linos for many years and highly recommend him and his team to anyone. The level of care and service they provide is elite. I know rates and getting the best deal are important these days, but in the years Ive been a client of this team, their level of service has always removed any ambition to price shop because I know this service cannot be replaced. Anything I ever need, they are there to facilitate quickly and efficiently with a level of confidence it will be done right. I Highly, highly recommend! Update: 8/30/2023 I recently learned that my policies through this team were not correctly updated, stopped or started. I always thought things were being taken care of as I was requesting, only to find that they were not and each policy has been costing me far more than necessary. The level of frustration over the past few days from learning the things I have, and not receiving any response back from Lino, has definitely precipitated to my creating a complaint with Liberty Mutual and moving all policies somewhere else.
