I met Ryan many years ago when we discussed my desire to buy an investment property in Boston. I actually believe I was his first client when he had just started. Even back then, Ryan was well versed in the real estate world knowing all the necessary terminology for investors such as ROI, CoC, etc. He is hard working and always focuses on the deal and my needs. Since then we have looked at several other real estate investments, and I have used his services and skills for buying other properties and then renting them out. My wife and I worked with Ryan to purchase our first condo in Somerville and we couldn't have been happier. Not only did we get an amazing place with 2 off street parking spots, basement storage, and a south facing deck... but we got it $10k under asking because of how well Ryan new the purchasing process for converted condo's. I am far from a real estate mogul, and as a first-time homebuyer, I honestly wasnt even sure where to begin. I knew I wanted to live in Boston, but thats about it.
