Bon Me Food Truck

I want to thank the kind young man, who out of the kindness of his heart provided me the food I ordered for free. He genuinely explained that his CC machine stopped working and he did not want me to be hungry. This was one of the most genuine gestures I have had happen to me in decades. Thank you for your kindness today ... I will definitely pay this forward! Your thoughtful & incredibly amazing gesture today filled my heart with love. We all need to learn this lesson of kindness. I found this truck on my way to south station, and the sandwich I got was so fresh well made, packaged, and one of the best sandwiches I've had in awhile. The Limeade drink I also suggest, with it being also very refreshing and a new taste for me! Definitely want to come try it again, wish the best for the team. Also the two workers were really kind and happy which made it even better.

Totally forgot about our order. Waited about 30 minutes to get a sandwich and sandwich is not fresh. Bon Me in Seaport is better.

Maggots! My wife and I were vendors at a outdoor market and this truck was always there when we were. This was a few years back but it still sticks out in my mind how gross it was and I feel the need to let others know. I got the sandwich and my wife ordered the pork rice bowl with white rice. As we were eating I saw from the corner of my eye what looked her rice moving. I thought I was sleep deprived and turned to look, there was a maggot moving around in her rice. She grew up poor village in india so it wasnt a huge deal for her and she told me not to make a fuss but its still something that lingers in my mind to this day. We cook rice at our house all the time and sometimes we leave out the rice for a few days when theres no room in the fridge and it obviously goes bad especially in the summer and stinks something awful, but even then never have I ever saw maggots growing. That is telling just how old the rice my wife ate that day was. Disgusting really, I wish I had not listened to her and taken a picture and done something about it that day. Eat at your own risk.
