I have been a Realtor for 20 years and have never worked with a loan officer that is more responsive, patient, caring, personable or creative as Savvas. I can text him anytime day or night and he will respond within seconds. He doesn't tell you want you want to hear. If you are approved, you know you will get your financing. If you're not approved, he will guide you to do what you need to do to. Savvas is a class act and for this, he gets 5 stars!

Savvas and his team really came through for us during our homebuying process. Any time we needed a preapproval letter, Savvas was there. Any time we had questions or concerns, Savvas was there. And when we finally got an offer accepted and needed to move our loan paperwork through the process, Savvas and his team truly went above and beyond. Our closing paperwork was ready with plenty of time for us to review everything at our leisure. I highly recommend Savvas and his team and would work with them again in a heartbeat. Thank you!
