        I cant thank the staff at Mass Eye and Ear enough. That place is full of angels! From the second I walked in the door, I was treated with kindness and the best care. After receiving some scary news, quickly being admitted and having emergency surgery, every single person I came into contact with made me feel comfortable. All the staff at Dr Santos office were attentive, caring and quickly got me the care I needed. The nurses, aides, housekeepers, and kitchen staff that came to help me on floor 11 were nothing less than amazing! Thank you Dr Santos, Shelia, Shannon, Maria, Iyobosa, Mikayla, Khalid, Marleen, and so many others thank you for treating me with such amazing care.
