        Very nice customer service. I am not a customer of Citizens Bank, but they were kind enough to sell me two rolls of quarters on a rainy day when my bank was closed when it was not their normal policy.

        Way down hill!!! I have been a member of this back for 10+ years had family join and everything. This was my most favorite location and over the last 2 years they have went so far down in the customer service area. I dont even bother going in anymore. Its really sad because Brighton is a family area and when businesses lose that touch its never a good thing.

        I like this branch and how convenient it is. it's busy and lively and staff are very nice and helpful and ATM machines don't break often. I had a good experience with the bankers every time I went in and they always tried to help and answer my questions and direct me in case I needed help somehow.
