        Had an appointment with the Oral Surgeon today. When I booked the appointment the scheduler stated the appointment will be an hour. I waited an hour and 15 mins, was never called, was never seen. Staff did mention that the Oral Surgeon was running behind, but was not sure how long. I wouldve never thought I would wait this long. But medical offices always gives the patient a grace period, of 10/15 minutes before the appointment is cancelled. Drove 40 minutes, took a few hours off work to make to this appointment, just to sit and wait that long, without knowing how behind they were.
