When I first started going there I got great discounts then the longer I was going there I was being charged more for the same products at one point I went in for a certain Foliar spray I told them what I needed and they sold me the wrong product also they have samples they are supposed to give for free and several times I was charged for them I would not go back to UGROW under any circumstances

Helpful sales person! Helped to get me all the stuff I need for my first grow. The young man behind the counter was very knowledgeable about everything and super friendly like we've known each other for years! Great vibes in this store! Went back a few weeks later and he remembered us and asked how our plants where doing! Def a great shop and great employee!
