Al was very thorough and professional, happy to answer any questions or concerns I had throughout the process. Once I got the report, everything was spelled out in a clean and concise manner. Al was again very helpful in explaining what I could do to remedy any mold and how to prevent mold in the future. Solid 5 stars, I would definitely use this service again if needed.

Wish I could give Al more than 5 stars because he is amazing. I thank my lucky stars that I "discovered" him this summer when I had a mold problem in my basement. Al is extremely dependable, responsible, knowledgeable, experienced, informative, and trustworthy. He takes great pride in his work, has many years of experience, and is incredibly thorough. He treats his customers like family. He is honest, personable, patient, and has a wonderful sense of humor. If I could give Al a star for each of his wonderful qualities, I would. Although Al is based on the South Shore (Brockton) he is willing to travel anywhere - including the North Shore and even out of state. I doubt you could find a better or more trustworthy mold inspector. Al returned my initial call quickly and generously shared his expertise. Al helped me understand the process of mold remediation, gave me specific questions to ask, and provided honest advice. He also provided me with information re: websites to help me locate (truly) certified remediators. Al should be the first call you make if you want to be better informed re: mold remediation and what you and/or specialists should or should not do!
