Rooter-Man - A1 Discount Plumber

Incredibly rude over the phone. I was interested in finding out the range of pricing for a pipe replacement on a home we were hoping to purchase to help us decide whether it was worth moving forward. The owner replied in a very annoyed manner that he wasn't interested in working with me because I don't own the home and he didn't care to go out and view it because it's not worth his time and promptly hung up with out even a goodbye. We own two town homes and now own the single family that I’d called about - they lost a potential client who owns 3 residential properties and 1 commercial with many family members and friends in the area.

Have used them several times and am impressed by their personal and professional service. We have a very old and rare tub faucet, rooterman plumbing was able to repair it. Other plumbers insisted we had to break open the tile. was nice enough to try to fix it, and was very confident he could. We were lucky to have them come out twice recently and I recommend both him and his company.

They are the best! Reasonable price for their work. They came on time and fixed all my problems and even helped with some problems that I didn't originally requested of them. I definitely recommend them.

What a lifesaver! I've used Rooter-man Plumbing for multiple jobs. Lately, they fixed our kitchen sink that got backed up. They are the kind of professional that always put their client's best interest at heart.
