Life Changes Group: Holistic Wellness Center

I've been a patient a life changes group for the past two years and have had nothing but great experiences. Before I started, I'd bounced around for a few years looking for the right clinician/experience and honestly gettung pretty fed up with the lack of options and caring. There was one place thriveworks that tried to charge me a monthly subscription fee just to see a therapist! Thankfully I found the life changes group and met my wonderful doctor. She has been a rock and helped me so much. I'm doing really well now, have a better job, I'm more social and don't panic anymore. Good luck to everyone on here!

I was lucky enough to have a friend refer me to this practice. They offer cognitive therapy which has been effective for managing my anxiety. I'm also working with one of their prescribers because my PCP didn't want to manage my anxiety meds anymore. I've been impressed by the quality of the services and support that I've received. Definitely a step above most therapy places I've been to. I see a lot more people each week in the waiting area so guess they're doing something right. Nice staff and they worked with my insurance company.

I've been going to Life Changes Group for a few years now. I was nervous about making my first appointment but the patience and caring of this place made all the difference. It's hard asking for help. It took me years to admit that I was having problems. I'm so glad that I reached out. The treatment has been great. Whenever I have questions about insurance or stuff like that they always worked with me and helped me understand. My work with Dr. Goldberg has been life changing. Don't wait if you need help. I ignored my depression for a long time, but it wasn't ignoring me! Now I feel like I have my friends and family back. I feel like me again.
