My car was there for 5 hours for a air conditioner repair, they called me up and told me they needed to order and replace the ac compressor in my vehicle which was fine with me. They called me 1 hour before closing saying they assumed that my vehicle needed one ac compressor when it needed another and that they would have to have the car over night and it would be done later the next day. Plus they were going to charge me for the labor of taking the car apart for that 5 hours. I told them that was unacceptable and that I needed my car for the next morning for an appointment. The manager started arguing with me on the phone when I told him I needed everything out back together and drivable before closing. He hung up on me after he accepted what I was saying. First of all how can you order the wrong part because you assumed that it would fit my car and try to lie about it and say theres two different types of air compressors for the car? Second how can you call yourself a professional business if youre going to sit there and argue with the costumer about their needs? 3rd how can you sit there and say you were going to charge me for 5 hours of labor when nothing was fix and it was your fault you ordered the wrong part? Dont promise the car will be fix by a certain time, mess up the order and try to play it like the customer will have to pay extra for it in multiple ways. Only reason why I give them one star is because when I walked over there after the phone call the manager must have realized he was in the wrong and didnt charge me for anything. Worse experience Ive had with Midas. I would not recommend this place to anyone. A business needs to be honest with their costumers and work with them not lie to them, try to squeeze out extra money from them, and waste their time.

Needed a last-minute oil change, so I stopped at Midas near the mall in Burlington. Charlie was professional and explained everything. The tech (I think Cody) was efficient and put some needed air in my tires for me. Thanks for making it such an easy process.
