Stay far away. I recently found out Irene never filed my 2021 taxes and still has not filed my 2022 taxes and now is ignoring my calls and will not answer me. I understand she had some health issues, but this does not excuse the lack of communication or treating my taxes with such disrespect. I am at a total loss for how she is acting and it is scary to know that I may owe a significant amount in back taxes because of her. Please do not use her services!

Do not recommend at all. Irene was extremely late to file and did not get the job done correctly. This is a cheap accounting business and you definitely get what you pay for. Go to someone better.

Unprofessional and very stressful experience with Irene last year in doing our taxes. We paid her half the cost upfront but she never finished them and stopped responding to us. We had to do them on our own and never even got our money back.

Stay away at all costs, Irene at Wachsler CPA's negligence has allowed my accounts to be levied due to completely dropping the ball on our contract and ignoring all recent communication concerning the case. She will make empty promises, and reassure you that everything is being handled while nothing is actually being done. I had to hire another CPA to take over as to not have my account levied again. Truly a disastrous experience, do not do business with Wachsler CPA.

Irene is incredible. The most responsive, detailed and accurate person that I have worked with in any profession. She has saved us money and time and freed up our lives to do the things we love to do!
