Archadeck helped us redo the deck rails, the deck stairs, and put together a screened in dry space patio for us. They did a fantastic job at a good price. The deck looks absolutely fabulous. The dry-space system took some time since it was a new system, but they stuck with it and made sure it was right. The whole thing took longer than expected, but it was done right. We absolutely love our new deck and our experience with Archadeck. From the beginning, it was a positive experience meeting with Krisoula and getting her design expertise to help visualize our project. We talked to several contractors to get ideas for our unique backyard (lots of bedrock and slope), and Archadeck was the only one that would work with our custom design instead of slapping on a generic deck. When there was a minor issue (we wanted to cope the deck to the rock per our contract and it wasn't), it was rectified immediately. Communication was always open and responsive. I felt like they went above and beyond to make their clients happy. Sure, we paid more for it, but the quality, dependability, and responsiveness was 100% worth it. Many of our neighbors have actually stopped by to compliment our deck and tell us how beautiful it looks (just from seeing only a small section of it from our driveway!). Highly, highly recommend.
