        Had a procedure done that was split into two sessions. Paid both times, and as I'm leaving they said I had another balance. I informed them I already paid and they looked at it again and said it was their mistake and was told by two people I was all set. Received a text from them a couple weeks later saying that I owed more money. Called them to inquire and told them I was told by multiple people it was all set. Guy on the phone said just because they had people covering temporarily that gave me information that the balance doesn't disappear, and that isn't how anything works in the world. Do not appreciate the misinformation, the attitude, or the condenseing demeanor towards patients for their own mistake. Will not go back.

        I can't say enough about Burlington Dentistry. We moved here from Illinois 6 months ago and were in need of a new dentist. From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you walk everyone is extremly polite and professional. I have huge anxiety going to the dentist to begin with so you can image how high my anxiety level was going to a new dentist for the first time in over 20 years. Every process, procedure, and billing is explained to you before any work begins. A special shoutout to Dr. Alexandra Dinu and the dental hygenist for understanding my anxiety issues and providing a great first visit experience. If you have any fear about going to the dentist, I highly recommend Burlington Dentistry. They are the best!!!!!!!

        I would highly recommend this dental office. Dr Anderson is a miracle worker he saved a tooth with severe decay. He is a very talented dentist and has a great personality. Also, Marvin the office manager is incredibly helpful with the payment process and helps talk you thru all the expenses in a very detailed manner.
