Had the worst experience. Long story short. Im a mother of two kids under 5, one of them with special needs. I had a crack on my windshield and Ive used this service before so decided to use it again. They told me Id have to bring the vehicle in to a location to see if it needed to be recalibrated. Did that. They did everything. They Decided it did not need to be recalibrated. Went home. They call me the next day, talking about that it does need to be recalibrated. I bring it back with my two kids. They work on it. I leave. On my way home I notice the lane departure light it stays on and flashing. I have to shut off the setting. I call, explain. Come back in a 3rd time with my kiddos. They work on it and tell me theres nothing they can do, they cant figure it out, to come back a 4th time and speak to a supervisor. Before the 4th visit, an employee contacts me and tells me (without hoping to get in trouble) that all this is happening because they wanted to charge more money for the service and now theyre stuck with the issue. Made sense to me because Ive had my windshield replaced before in the same car in my parking lot without it being recalibrated. I come in a 4th time with my kids and speak to the supervisor who tries to erase the error with a scanner but when I drive home the lane departure light stays on and flashing. I call the supervisor again and he basically tells me that its out of their hands and that I would have to go to the Infiniti dealership and work it out with them and let him know what they say. I call the dealership and they tell me I need to bring the car in, leave it for up to two days, probably have to get a rental and then theyll let me know the final cost. At this point I make an appointment but its already mid winter and I dont have the time and patience to deal with it while taking care of my two kids for something that couldve been avoided. This was in October 2021 when it all started and I am now living in Puerto Rico and brought my car with me. Only reason I leave this here now is that I seen a commercial hahahaha and remembered the poor service and now I have time to leave this review. Thank God it didnt affect the performance of my vehicle in any way but I do miss that safety feature that I was used to. Adios!!

My experience at this Safelite location was great. John and his team were professional and do the best at what they do. Definitely recommend anyone who needs work done to come here. The customer service here is awesome.

Excellent Service. Thank You John for being Fantastic, Professional, Patient and Caring about my situation, AND getting the job done and safely! I had an appointment originally @9 am in Woburn, I waited all for them to tell me they could not do , for I needed the code reset with Honda, for the recalibration. I Leave go directly to Honda , speak with their tech for them to tell me there is nothing they can do Safelite does this All the time . I called and spoke with manager in Woburn office , who did not care , asked him to speak to Honda , he still never got back to me and he was rude. I fortunately saw this Safelite up the street on my way home pulled in and John was there to Greet me with a smile and listened to what I was going through ! He got me in @12:15 Soooo Thankful. He has a Great Team and Manages his Team with Great Leadership/Skill. You can tell he cares for them . Thank You Aden for your Amazing Skill to Recalberate my Vehicle. Awesome Team Thank You . Burlington Safelite I will be recommending !! Woburn unfortunately you need a lot work to catch up to make customers feel important.
