        My husband and I bought a car at Herb Chambers Honda in Burlington MA. It was an incredible experience, from customer service to closing the deal. We were attended to by Carlos Fonseca, who explained everything to us in detail and with a lot of patience, thank you very much Carlos, you are the best! The car we gave in exchange for the new one we bought, we bought it from Toyota and they didn't give us as much value for the car we bought there as Herb Chambers Honda, we were amazed how the company we bought the previous car from didn't value a loyal customer as much like Honda did to us. Thank you so much for your excellent service Herb Chambers Honda! We are extremely satisfied and will certainly recommend you to our friends and thank you once again Carlos! Heloisa Santana

        Herb Chambers was the ONLY dealership that worked with me on my trade. I went to four different dealerships and Lee Diamond, Chris, and Patrick did an excellent job at explaining lease vs financing used vs financing new. Im grateful to all of them for their patience and expertise in my situation!! Im now an HC family member for life!

        Ask for Carlos! My wife and I recently needed to secure a new vehicle and we really wanted a small suv. We narrowed it down to a Honda HR-V or Kia Seltos. After test driving both we decided the HR-V was the best fit for us. Carlos was so helpful as he walked us through the leasing options (our first time going through the leasing process). Check the sales leaderboards behind the sales desk when you go inside and I guarantee you hes on top. Theres a reason for this..the guy really knows what hes selling you. Make sure you ask for Carlos when you walk in and he will find the perfect fit for what youre looking for!
