Mac Donald & Vaccaro Insurance

I have used Macdonald and Vaccaro for multiple decades for my home, car, and all business insurances. We always found them to have decent service and (we thought) reasonable rates. They don't offer convenient services like DMV runners, but hey, we used them for a long long time and we were happy. So happy that we didn't check out the competitors until... So I purchased a new home and needed insurance. No big deal, I'll just give them a call like always. Well the price was high. And by high I mean "OMG WHAT'S THE PRICE?!?!" high. So I asked around with friends to see if they had another company to check the quote. I ended up using another insurance broker (same coverage, also with a major insurance carrier) and it was SIX THOUSAND dollars LESS!! Impossible you say? Well I then swapped over our cars. The first was 40% LESS!! The next was about half the cost. Again, reputable insurance carrier, exact same coverage to the tee. In the last year-ish alone I have saved almost ten grand by using another broker. I shutter to think how much they ripped us off over the years. I mean we literally had around ten different policies, for DECADES. Quite possibly I got taken for six figures. Again, totally my fault for not checking around. We became complacent and they screwed us. So take my advice, PLEASE check around. If the rates are the same and you like them, then go ahead and use them. But be VERY cautious when it comes to your policy.

Cheryl was amazing! She really went above and beyond making sure i had the best policy with the best deal. As a first time car buyer she even looked through my contract and saved me more money. I would recommend her to anyone.

I've been a customer for literally decades and can honestly say that these people are outstanding. Fantastic service.  Excellent prices.  They take care of all my insurance from home to cars - everything.NEVER a problem in literally decades.
