What can I say about Youssef? Good god, you have an eternity? Haha He was my agent for over 10 years before I had to move out of MA to another state. Throughout those 10+ years he was there in so many different stages in my life: when I first arrived to MA, when I bought my first home, when I sold it, when I got married, when I divorced, when I moved from one end of MA to the other end he has always been there! And now that Im returning to MA after two years of being away, my heart was filled with so much joy when I heard his voice in the other end of the phone when I called! His attention to detail, to making sure I understood everything, following up either with phone calls, texts, emails and even cards in the mail. His dedication is like none other. And I know Im not his only client. So just imagine the spread of his dedication to all his people. Im so blessed to have crossed paths with him so many years ago. Heres to many more together!

Youssef is a great agent, he is very responsive to my emails even when he is on vacation, he calls me when better savings are available and always puts customer satisfaction as his top priority. Thank you Youssef for being there when I needed you.
