Nicole was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was polite and I believe that she had my best interest in obtaining new auto and homeowners policies. I felt like that I was paying too much at my existing insurance company, so I had contacted Nicole just for a general quote for comparison purposes with one insurance company. She found a much better deal at another insurance company. I didn't feel like that I was getting robbed with Nicole as she made recommendations where I could use more coverage and also suggested not getting other coverages to save money. Nicole was extremely responsive answering multiple questions and also responding to emails on the weekend. Nicole was able to get my insurance converted on the day before the 4th of July and I know that she had family plans later that day. I was so worried and overwhelmed with such a high insurance and paying so much until I talked to Nicole she heard me and understood me and helped me right away she was a life saver I appreciate every second she took to understand me and help me now Im paying so much less on my insurance thanks to her.

I was recommended Nicole Duffy by my mother and she was excellent! I was getting my first car and needed my own insurance, and she got me set up immediately so I was able to pick up the car by the end of the day. The salesperson was also impressed with how quickly she responded! She also helped me find the best deal and was very transparent. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an insurance agent.

Nicole is an amazing agent. I am thrilled I met her. I felt I was overpaying for insurance and she did a deep dive and found me other options that saved me $$. I also needed a new insurance binder on short order and she produced quick. The institution I was working with said they wished all of their customer agents were as responsive as Nicole.
