DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! After months of flashy onboarding meetings and big promises, we spent over $10k with them for account setup assistance and future performance guarantees, and all we got in return were lots of "we don't know" and "were doing our best". They consistently over promised and under delivered and proved to be incompetent. Since then, we've been working with a different agency (for a tenth of the cost) that have proved to us that this company, Exclusive Concepts, had no clue what they were doing. Don't make the mistake that we did.

It takes a lot to get us to write a negative review. ECI earned this one. Zero stars. It's hard to overstate how poorly this relationship went. TL;DR: ECI is a group of nice people who don't know much about what they are doing, but charge huge amounts to tell you to do things you've already done or don't need to be told to do without delivering on the massive promises from the sales team (Nic). Their team brought no insight to the table at all for SEO. Literally nothing. They had nothing. Their team brought practically nothing to the table for the big audit they did. They gave us one action item. One. But we paid them A LOT a month... They finally agreed after three months of us wondering what we'd possibly gotten ourselves into they had nothing for us and let us out of our contract once it was clear we knew more than they did . . . Then insisted on a final payment for who knows what?! And then sent it to collections when we reminded them we agreed that the contract was nullified due to their lack of any knowledge. Unfortunately, this company is a zero-star, stay away at all costs FRAUD. Perhaps if you had NO CLUE what you were doing, they could impress you with big words, but if you know anything at all about SEO, optimization and ads, you're going to be BLOWN AWAY by how little ECI knows. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

STAY AWAY ! I hired this company about a year and a half ago. They promised me the world as every company does. They started off slow and then finally had 4 good months, although I think that was just because of the covid surge as we are an essential service. However, they always stayed a little over the CPC I wanted / requested, as they take a commission on google spend. Every month they kept saying we will try something else and not to worry they will get back on track. This went on for over 6 months. They got worse and worse and cost me a ton of money and sales. When I finally wanted to cancel they would not let me and made me stay on another month at their high prices. I asked them to undo everything they did and set up smart campaigns and provided explicit SIMPLE instructions. They did not do this and cost me more money again as they did not manage the account properly. I was always more then courteous with them and gave them chance after chance and all they did was take advantage of my company. STAY AWAY !! I wouldn't use this company if they were FREE.

Not at all happy with Sheila. My footprint shrank, sales shrank and when I attempted to speak with them she was snippy and nasty. Once they have your money they will be fine as long as they feel more is coming. Once you make it clear you are done and still unhappy, you see who you are really dealing with.
