        These people are great to work with. I have worked with Eve every 5 years since 2006, shes wonderful. Its just a bond yet she treats me great. I recently needed something and Jenna stepped right in there and hit me what I needed on the Eve of a major holiday. These people are wonderful and will be getting my vehicle to insure upon renewal. Thanks so much for all you do!

        I was a loyal customer since 1999. Since Debbie left, this place has gone downhill. When my son got his own policy 2 years ago they refused to defer him as an operator which cost me about $4000 extra in insurance over the last two years. The guy that works in the office now assured me he could do nothing. Went to another agent, LF Robbins in Pepperell Ma. and they gave me exact same Maprfee coverage for $1300 vs 3300$ colangelo was charging. Tried calling the office and always get the answering machine now. No call backs. It's time to move on.
