Either there was no windshield washer fluid in the reservoir or it was clogged as it did not work. The alignment was way off making it rough to ride and difficult to manipulate the vehicle in reverse. It was OK. I would recommend to a friend I used this location for the location convention, however I have used the Birnie Ave location and found them much better in all aspects.

I like the fact that U-haul had a truck available. What I didn't like was the fact that 19.95 rental went from 19.95 to 73.86. Truck Rental 19.95, mileage of .89 a mile 37 miles=32.93. + 6.7 gallons (19.98). If you are looking to rent a 19.99 vehicle be prepared to spend at least 70.00 for that 19.95 rental.

The guy that was on the counter Saturday the 20th of January is a very condescending person. He didn't want to take my CREDIT card because it said pay pal. So I had to go the opposite side of the city to get the truck I needed. If you have people at the counter make sure that they have a good appearance and that they are there to serve the clients. If they don't want to work stay home and don't work at all.
