I'm living here over 2 years now. I absolutely love it! It's a really nice community. Management are great and always there to help or to answer any questions I may have. I would recommend living here to anyone.

I have been living at Blvd&Bond for 2.5 years, and I must say, it's been a fantastic experience overall. The location is convenient, with easy access to Target, Roche Bros, Nike, and a TON of restaurants. The amenities, such as the gym and the river-overlooking lounge, are also well-kept and add to the overall enjoyment of living here. Maintenance requests are promptly addressed by the management team. I also appreciate the sense of community here. There are often events and gatherings organized by the management team, providing opportunities to meet neighbors and make new friends. I remember one event where the management team booked an entire movie theater at Majestic 7 for a resident-only movie night how cool! One thing I particularly appreciate is the management and staff here. I have personally dealt with Rachel, Liz, Chantal, and Floyd, and they are all phenomenal people. Not only are they professional and respectful, but also friendly and accommodating. Overall, I highly recommend the complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable living experience. I've had a great time here and plan to stay for the foreseeable future.

Ive been living here for over a year and I absolutely love it! I work from home, and can grab coffee, breakfast, and a variety of lunch within 5 minutes between meetings. I can also get to my gym within 5 minutes. It is quiet at night for the most part. The maintenance people are nice and respond very quickly. I dont think I will be moving out anytime soon!
