Five stars isnt a high enough score to describe our experience working with Josh and Jim. When we decided to buy land in 2021, we met with a few architects and builders who left us feeling uneasy/confused and unsure of what to do. We had seen and admired several Attitash Builders homes, and from the first day we met, we were certain they were the right choice. They offered great consultation and building approach with us and recommended an architect who very quickly turned our wish list into a design we were very happy with. Then we created a contract that was detailed and fair, and took care of every detail for the building of our home. Jim and Brian are such skilled craftsman, they took our vision and executed it with the highest level of care and attention to detail. Brian worked with all of his subcontractors to build our dream home, despite a few hiccups along the way, like unexpected levels of stone ledge that took more time and money than anyone expected, as well as mid-pandemic supply chain issues and sub staffing challenges. When there were questions on site Jim or Brian was always there to explain what the issue was and what the options were. Its no joke that building a home takes about a million decisions! Other staff was always available to answer questions or offer any advice to better stream the design or execution. Nazar made it easy to set up and manage the financial side of the project, which was no small task. From the start, and even now after weve moved in, he made us truly feel like a friend, and we are profoundly grateful. We recommend these guys as our trusted experts for fine home building. Theyll ensure things are done to the highest standard, and youll move into a home that exceeds your expectations. Thanks for building a great home for our family.

We are extremely glad that we chose Avatar (Attitash) to build our dream home in Quincy. We considered and received proposals from multiple builders and chose Avatar, now that the project is completed and we are moved in, I can definitely say we made the right decision. At the proposal stage, I really liked their no pressure approach, they were very flexible, the contract and negotiations were very transparent and clear. Once the project got underway we came across some unexpected delays and obstacles, with regards to special permitting needs based on the location and nature of the property. Avatar was able to bring in the right experts (civil engineer, environmental scientist etc.) to help us navigate through the permitting process. They were able to successfully obtain all necessary permits and start the project. All along the permitting process and construction, Avatar project managers kept us updated on the progress every step of the way. There was full transparency. We also had full access to the construction site and project manager and supervisor. Avatar has a very elaborate network of vendors for all material selections, and when we needed they were flexible with us to chose materials we needed out of their preferred network. We did run into some delays in the project and Aavatar team did everything they could to finish the project on time and helped us move in and meet our deadline. We always felt this was a team work and we were included in all decision making. Their attention to detail is incredible and they strive to maintain superior quality in deliverables. I have seen first hand the project manager and supervisor personally completing tasks to ensure things are done on time and to perfection. We absolutely love the end result! I would definitely recommend Avatar to anyone who is looking for any construction project! Sabari Nair
