New patient. Easy to get an appointment. On time. Full exam includes technicians doing X-ray, cleaning . Also do an internal photo scan for 3D color full mouth photos. Detailed graphics for illustrating DMD reccomendations. All thorough and very state of the art technology. In mouth X-ray equipment very irritating. Cleaning very high tech and gental. Results not as clean feeling as with old fashioned hand tools. Recommended for me was a fairly extensive list of deep cleaning and crown/filling replacements. $10k total. Will return for 3month cleaning to see how slowly these needs are progressing.

I went to this office for a cosmetic consultation which turned out to be a big mistake. The doctor was friendly during the first consultation, but she recommended fillings to be replaced for four of my teeth. This was unexpected since when I went to my regular dentist for cleaning they did not say anything. But I understood that doctors could have different opinions so I made an appointment for filling replacement for one tooth and a cosmetic adjustment for a front tooth. When I saw her at the appointment I asked how doctors decide when a filling needs to be replaced and told her (by mistake) that another dentist didnt recommend so. She got immediately defensive and upset when I was just trying to be informed. When she was done with the filling she refused to do the front tooth adjustment and said it was because I was questioning her on everything. On top of that after the appointment the front desk told me they were charging me more than they estimated for the filling and the doctor did not bother to explain that herself at all. EDIT: Im now reading all the aggressive replies under the bad reviews and this just so echoes my experience My points: 1. She definitely gives more aggressive treatment plans than other dentists, at least in my case 2. Her office didnt make it clear about possible additional charges (they said they would let me know if there were changes) 3. She was overly defensive about a well intended question about my treatment plan which was honestly suspicious 4. She changed the plan in the middle of my appointment without discussing it with me

Dr. Mack runs a tight ship without skimping on cheer, bringing top technology, team talent, and technique to bear for a first-rate package of dental care. Whereas going to the dentist used to be a scary chore, for the first 50 years of my life, I now look forward (really). Each time I visit, she has invested in the latest gadget and her staff are up the curve on using it expertly. As a former business guy, I am also impressed with her modern processes for scheduling, billing, reminders, and whatnot. I had some extensive work done and while she was by no means the lowest price, the peace of mind of knowing that work will last (probably longer than I will) is priceless. This is a dentist worth driving to.
