        This is what a $100 for a SYMPATHY arrangement looks like from this florist. Highly disappointed and wouldnt recommend them for any of your floral arrangement needs. If the owner would look at their email and phone records they would see that I did call them to try to get this fixed. The person that answered the phone said to email - and of course NO RESPONSE OR REPLY! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I have a receipt and this picture from the day of delivery!

      We can understand your disappointment after seeing the photo, however, that is NOT what we delivered to your friend!! So, that is NOT what a sympathy arrangement from our shop looks like. The recipe for that arrangement has 9 white roses, 8 blue delphinium etc. We would not have stayed in business for 20 plus years if we sent out an inferior product. Perhaps now that some time and sadness has passed you could ask your friend what REALLY happened to the arrangement.
