I walked into Lexus of Watertown, in search of an affordable car, after an unfortunate experience (totaled my car). When I arrived at the dealership, I met with Reyna, whom was very welcoming. I discussed my budget, and what I was looking for however, I didnt get neither, not what I wanted nor my budget. In fact, I ended up getting approved for a much nicer car and BELOW my fixed budget! Thanks to Reynas patience and level of knowledge.

Had a great experience here purchasing a used vehicle for my wife a few weeks ago. Son Le was great. He was very patient showing us lots of vehicles and answering our questions, and just generally made us feel very comfortable. Catherine was equally amazing, helping us through the finance process and making everything very easy. She was a joy to work with. I am very grateful to both of them for an excellent experience.

We bought a certified, pre-owned Lexus NX 300 Hybrid and had the best experience ever. Our salesperson, Barbara Goodman, was patient and knowledgeable and made our car buying experience very smooth and stress-free. Barbara answered all of our questions and gave us great advice and information about the car we were interested in. She continuously followed up after our purchase to be sure everything was going well with the car. I would also like to recognize Brian, the manager of the certified pre-owned dealership. He has gone out of his way to make sure all loose ends were taken care of. I highly recommend Barbara Goodman, Brian, and the Lexus of Watertown dealership.
