I have been a client for 10 years. I have had a list of issues with them, including rude and unprofessional front desk associates that will literally hang up the phone on you, and most recently they cancelled appointments on me, the day before, with no phone call. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I am horrified by the way I was treated by multiple employees. I had requested a transfer of care to another physician at the facility, a right under state law (M.G.L. c. 111, s. 70E). The attending psychiatrist surmised that I must offer a valid reason" for the request which is ridiculous considering that the doctor-patient relationship is built on trust (the request speaks for itself). I also requested a reasonable accommodation because of communication difficulties caused by my disability. Stonewalled for days then, after I complained to a government agency, got dismissed by the facility. My advocate called the facility on 7/24/23 and they refused to speak with her. Kind medical assistants are this places only saving grace.

Honestly for me they were awesome n still are im not going to rate based on one person, but idk who it was today, but she was someone new, well i never heard her before n extremely rude wouldn't let me say a word, then hung up on me. All i was calling to ask was it Watertown or Woburn n when my appt was.. lol Seriously!!! Lady got my anxiety through the roof its ppl like this that dont help us n dont UNDERSTAND us at all
