Looking for an apartment as a young adult is tough. Ive found most difficult part of the process is getting a realtor to take you seriously. Dealt with many realtors before we found Cheryl who made a lot of assumptions about our ability to pay for an apartment. Cheryl treated us kindly from the start and more importantly took us seriously and got right to looking for a spot that fitted all of our needs. She went above and beyond and helped us find an awesome apartment especially given the terrible housing market this past year. Thanks Cheryl!

Bay State Realty Associates, Cheryl in particular, have been amazing. Not only did she find us our current apartment, but we got a great deal on it for the location as well.
