        Excellent tellers Charles is extremely excellent he helped me out without rushing me set up on line banking and made sure I understood everything. Very professional. Its too bad this branch wasnt more busier because they have a great professional staff

        Read BELOW!!!! Honestly the best bank I have ever had.They are super nice and give you a refund for ANY ATM surcharge, even the $6.50 surcharge at Foxwoods! They also cover your paycheck immediately...Citizens would make me wait up to 3 days for it to clear and they were generally fake to your face. They cover your account up to $800 I think...amazing ....seriously...and the hours are incredible, no more rushing to the bank by 4pm... food for thought..GREAT BANK!!! Update Worst bank ever. Sneaky sneaky...when they knew I had a charge coming they wouldn't clear certain checks or transfers. I got charged over 3,000 in over draft payments bevause they would give me over draft. Shame shame shame. I closed my account.
