        They made an error with my taxes, I waited 4 months for a return only to be told there was an error. I called the office, left messages, no one ever got back to me. So unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE!!

        This was the worst and most unprofessional experience I've ever had in my life. I received numerous requests for followup documentation. Sent about 5 emails requesting assistance and never heard back. And it looks like I'm not alone. This firm used to be good and now it's absolute gargage. DO NOT HIRE KAREN PARSHLEY!!!!!
