        Long story short the couldn't diagnose my engine misfiring after 5 hours of having the car and driving it around for 10 miles. Advisor didn't charge me and made it seem like I wasted their time and wanted me gone. No problem Less than a week later my 2016 Jetta stalled on a 2 lane highway. Took it to VW medford and they diagnosed it within 45 mins (Camshaft Magnet & Carbon Build-up). VW Medford is twice the distance for me to drive so the "Engine had to be cold" excuse doesn't work. I'll never bring my car here again and neither should you. it's a shame this is the only Boston "Watertown" location.

        Just bought a VW Arteon from Boston VW. My sales person Jorge Ochoa was very attentive to my needs. They even located a set of 18" wheels and tires for me as a swap for the stock 20s as they were too big for my needs. Huge shoutout to Jorge and the team at Boston VW!
