the people who work in the office are incompetent. whatever girl answers the phone should lose her job. she is incredibly rude, and frankly, daft. every time i have called to ask about apartments available she is so disrespectful. i hope she reads this and sees how impactful her disrespect is to prospective renters. also- if they tell you they dont accept section 8, theyre discriminating. MA law states landlords MUST accept section 8. also, the hardwood floor, white cabinet, granite countertop apartments shown in the ads dont exist. all units are a disgusting brown color with unreplaced carpet. filthy, malicious, expensive , ugly and unhomey units. so glad i found a better place.

in my opinion, if i could leave 0 stars i would. not only is this place absolutely disgusting and NEVER cleaned, the people who work here need a SERIOUS attitude check. and them sending condescending replies to these reviews is ridiculous, childish, ignorant behavior. freedom of speech. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Made an appointment to view an appt on 8/8/23. Arrived at scheduled time and was told due to the weather I couldn't view the apartment for safety reasons because lightning was in the forecast they were not allowed to leave the building and I needed to reschedule. I was not notified prior to this and drove 40 mins from Stoughton,ma for no reason. If you saw the forecast and felt there was a safety concern with the weather why would you not notify me that the appointment could not be held my information given when the appointment was made phone number and email. This is extremely unprofessional and a waste of my time and also put my safety at risk driving in conditions they claimed they couldn't even walk outside in!!

Totally disgusted here . Im a longtime resident of SOUTHWINDS and have been here through a few Management Companies. Dolben is by far the worst . From the very start we have not had a period of peace . Their upgrades are making us weary of hearing sorry for the inconvenience . New windows and roofs excluded , all the rest have totally ruined this place . I realize their bottom line $ is their priority but remembering the look of countryside and cozy living is heartbreaking when I drive into a place that now looks like and industrial park instead of a residential area . Thats exactly what it looks like now. The constant reminder that this is their property is getting very old . This is our home and for many of us , it has been for years . This corporate conglomerate will never understand the spirit of community that was once Rolling Green. MUCH RESPECT for STAFF so please , no condescending reply necessary Update Pool is finally open . Only residents allowed unless lifeguard gives the k. But get this , only permitted to stay TWO hours even though there's a handful of people in a pool that in years past was the happy time for families who socialized and spent the WHOLE day . Seriously, blaming it on the City? Tell that to someone who's been here 30 year and is fully aware of how this place now operates. So if you're a family that can't afford $2000 to $3000 a month , dont come here. Should be advertised as a 55 and older because that's what it's now conducive to . DOLBEN is a for profit only conglomerate and families are not a priority !
