        Not sure how I reserved a van, confirmed my appointment, just to be told that it had already been rented when I arrived. Terrible way of doing business. Dont waste your time.

        I reserved an SUV and when I arrived none were available. They offered me a Chrysler 300 or a full size pickup truck. I was bringing my two granddaughters to TN so neither was a good choice. I felt like I was in a Seinfeld episode. Luckily someone returned an SUV and I waited over an hour for them to clean it up. First time in years I didn't receive a free upgrade upon arrival. Planning a trip to PA Labor Day weekend but a little hesitant to book a vehicle with them again.
