Myself and my family have used Brougham on several occasions. Every time we needed service they were always very professional and the service/workmanship was a phenomenal. The office staff pays attention to every detail and I was amazed in the quality in the detailing when I picked up me truck.

From start to finish, Brougham was nothing less than excellent. They did some repair work after my car was clipped and the person didn't leave any info. They answered all of my many questions calmly and expertly. "What if it comes out to more than the estimate? What if it takes longer than expected? What if there is more damage than initially seen? What if? What if?" They never lost patience. They were also great about handling the rental situation for me, arranging for pick up and drop off at the shop itself. They told me the repairs would take about a week, they completed them in about 3 days. The icing on this very lovely cake, though, was the superb detail job they did before handing me the car. I was so appreciative of them for all of this that I brought them some goodies as a thank you. I originally chose them because I couldn't find less than a 4 star review... and here's my own 5 star review. I promise you, you won't be let down.
