        Appointment was made and confirmed, but the testing center was closed when I arrived at that time.

        Show up for scheduled appointment. They are closed and not answering phone. There are 5 people standing outside with same problem. Doesnt seem this place is very professional.

        A cockroach crawled up the divider during the test. Extremely gross, distracting and unprofessional!

        I took a test here today. The center is extremely difficult to find if youre following GPS. Make sure to follow the road all the way around as youll end up in front of a building. The center is located on a small down slope; so keep a sharp eye. The room where testing takes place was extremely stuffy. I had to fan myself frequently due to the temperature. The acoustics are bad as I could hear everything people were talking about in the lobby. They do, however, supply you with ear plugs. My test gave me trouble as it kept glitching. I dont know whether this was the fault of the center. Staff was nice.

      We always tell people to read the driving instructions in the confirmation email. It is your best guide to finding the site. Sometimes you have to look outside your window as well.
