DR. Rok, and his nurse Mae (I think that was her name) are top notch. My son developed partial facial paralysis out of nowhere. They got him right in, ran tests, prescribed meds and have checked in on us several times to see how he is doing. Outstanding care! My kids have been coming to this office for 19+ years now and absolutely no complaints. My son is now on the mend and I couldn't be more grateful for this team!

Dr . Cyburt is the worst doctor in this place he shouldnt even be here to care for children. Do not take your child to see cyburt . He does not diagnose correctly , and one night he was the on call doctor and didnt even take a second to listen to what was wrong with my child and hung up the phone so quick. Just awful

This is by far the worst pediatricians office in the state. This review isnt just about one pediatrician here, I have met with and spoken to at least 4 of the pediatricians in this office. Not only are the pediatricians horrible the office manager is horrible as well. I called to complain about the horrible care I had been receiving for all 4 of my children and the practice manager made me aware that my childrens insurance (state funded insurance) does not pay them (capitation program), which finally makes me understand why they could care less about treating my children. A childs care should not be based on reimbursements made by insurance! I work in health care and we dont base decisions on how to care for patients based on what insurance they have! Also, raising your voice to a concerned parent trying to explain the gaps in the care their children received is unprofessional behavior. The pediatricians push their opinions about what you should do with your own children instead of making suggestions and ultimately taking in to consideration the parents opinions and worries. I do not recommend this office to any parent! A pediatricians office should be made up of people you can trust with your children and that will do what is in the best interest of your child, this office is the complete opposite l. Dont be fooled by the big office that appears to be welcoming, the staff that smile, when your child is sick they will not provide the care you need and you wont be heard especially if the insurance isnt reimbursing them to care. Sad excuse for a pediatricians office.

Do not take your child to Dr Cyburt. This is a poor excuse of a doctor. He has zero compassion for children with emotional and mental health diagnoses. My child was in the middle of an episode after waiting for over an hour in the waiting room. I completely understand he has other patients and there is a wait time but my son was having a difficult time. He walked in, told my child to cut it out in a very loud voice and didnt even give me a chance to talk to him about my concerns before labeling my child as a bad kid and saying we need to get his behavior under control before his other diagnosis. I was belittled and blamed for his behavior instead. I was also told by nurses at this practice how he judges families if they are on mass health and how horribly he talks about families to others in the office. Hes good for diagnosing ear infections and pneumonia and thats about it.
