    Let me preface this with an update from Monday morning. Chris came through for me Monday, he called me immediately upon finding out I hadn't got my medications. He made sure someone would call me, he apologized for what happened, and told me it was inexcusable. The doctor has already called me and called in my medication, before 10am. Fortunately, I pick up the script mon or tues anyways, and anyone reading this should as well. Chris has been there a long time, takes pride in his work, and I know takes this seriously. This is what happened: I had my appointment Friday, the doctor was gone for the weekend, but I should have gotten the call Saturday morning. By 130pm Saturday, I hadn't, so I called, and the staff seemed concerned by it, and put me on hold. The calls on hold get hung up on after a bit, which if I were them, I would probably change, let the customer know, or call them back, instead of essentially hanging up on them. My medication was not sent in, and I was told it would be, but they close at 2pm and I was told to wait till 3pm, so what do I do then? I called after 3pm, left a message, emailed them, and of course, they were gone for the weekend. If you do not have an answering service, or no notification for when this happens, then it probably should not happen. I luckily had a backup plan for this, so I did not run out, but I think the clinic could handle this scenario better, and I am sure they will in the future. They used to have some kind of service, or a staff member, covering the weekends for this exact scenario.

    CAUTION: LAZY AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! When I first came here things were going well and I was asked to leave a good review by Chris and masha. But theyve lost all my respect, because recently I've expressed great concern about side effects I'm having from a medication New horizon prescribed me. Even told them I went to the emergency room!! They told me they'd call back in 20 MINUTES and we can discuss further. Well......that was almost 24 HOURS ago. This is the 3rd time they've blown me off like that, while expressing concern for my health. LAZY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY DO NOT GENUINELY CARE ABOUT YOU!!!!!
