I like here nice apartment and a lot space and easy to walk to store but only one problem is too many bugs

Horrible! The service is terrible! We wanted to rent an apartment and went to the leasing office where we met a woman named Jenna who offered to help us, but it turned out the opposite. She lied to us! It all started when we began discussing payment, where she said we only had to pay for the first month and $500 for security. However, later she informed us of a different amount (for the first and last month, plus security) without explaining the change. She responded to us every two days, sometimes not picking up the phone when we called. So, we had to go to her in person and inquire. We agreed to move into the apartment on 03/07/2024. On 03/05, we called to confirm, and they told us everything was in order, and we could make the payment. We insisted on seeing the apartment first before paying, and she agreed to show us and sign the contract on 03/06. On 03/06, we called Jenna to confirm when to come, only to hear that the move-in was postponed to 03/19 because the apartments were not ready yet. We explained that we had nowhere to live because our current lease ended on 03/07, and asked for alternatives. Jenna replied that they don't deal with that. We then requested compensation for a hotel stay, which was also denied. We even asked for a discount, but received another refusal. We had to quickly find another apartment, luckily, we found one! Afterward, we went to the office and asked for the $200 they initially took from us, but were told they wouldn't be refunded. I highly do not recommend this company, especially Jenna for cooperation, as she not only doesn't help but obstructs the entire process and behaves unprofessionally. Her name is Jenna Prokopovich. I hope someone sees this and reconsiders living where those who are supposed to help you lie!

Felix, Jose, and the whole maintenance is amazing. I am a single mom and they always do extra things for me.. like helping me carry heavy boxes. Really appreciate this place!

The maintenance crew are very helpful Felix the service manager goes on beyond when I need help with nothing working in my unit he help me open a service request
