        I booked an appointment today at 10:30 . Upon arrival, the office was closed and a lady came to the door to advise me of that. I showed her the application confirmation and she said she has cancelled it via email today at 10:14 No commitment to the agreement, and no attempt to contact me to let me know besides an email 15 mins before I tried contacting the main office to find a different solution and had no response, only voice mail. Bad communication , not responsible with appointments and unresponsive. Not for me if when Im trying to buy their product this is the treatment , I can imagine how it will be if something goes wrong and a resident needs support. Not a good experience

        Do not live here there where cockroaches mice and much more. The door is always broken so you cant get out and the fire alarms are always going off. There was a bag of drugs on the ground. Kid ding dong ditch all the time and the maintenance take days to come. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!

        Jahanvi went above and beyond to help me with my application for the apartment.The higher level management kept on requesting for different types of documents each day for 2 full weeks instead of doing everything at once ,but she tackled the issue with care and efficiency on her side .We finally moved in after a long wait and all thanks goes to Jahanvi for the great service and support.We need more people like Jahanvi in that office to make it a better establishment.#Especially the person responsible for screening the applications ( You need to do better please)
