Eagle Rock Apartments at MetroWest

Hi my name is Tina and I just want to share with you my experience with Eagle Rock Apartments of MetroWest located at 50 Dinsmore Ave. Framingham. The Management and Staff are very professional and helpful especially Ariel Sansone, Assistant Manager he went out of his way to help me search for my perfect apartment that had to be reasonably accessible for my Disability. He was patient and excellent in every way. I am so happy that he came through for me and I finally found my perfect apartment. I booked an appointment today at 10:30 . Upon arrival, the office was closed and a lady came to the door to advise me of that. I showed her the application confirmation and she said she has cancelled it via email today at 10:14 No commitment to the agreement, and no attempt to contact me to let me know besides an email 15 mins before I tried contacting the main office to find a different solution and had no response, only voice mail. Bad communication , not responsible with appointments and unresponsive. Not for me if when Im trying to buy their product this is the treatment , I can imagine how it will be if something goes wrong and a resident needs support. Not a good experience

Do not live here there where cockroaches mice and much more. The door is always broken so you cant get out and the fire alarms are always going off. There was a bag of drugs on the ground. Kid ding dong ditch all the time and the maintenance take days to come. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!
