Highly recommend! I reached out to Ezra to help review a physician contract at the advice of a colleague. He was very efficient, easy to reach, and worked with my busy schedule to find times to meet. He took the time to walk me through the entire contract and prioritize which points I placed the greatest importance on. He offered helpful tips on negotiating (and even offered to lead the negotiation if desired). I would certainly work with him again or refer him to a colleague!

I was referred to Ezra by one of my coworkers, and had a wonderful experience working with him. He was knowledgable, approachable, and very available. I used his services to look at an employment contract, and he explained every section thoroughly, and pointed out potential strengths and weaknesses of the contract in detail.
