AutoZone Auto Parts

I tried calling this location seven times as I was on hold twice for over 15 minutes each. I understand it gets busy but it was kind of an emergency and I still waited over 30 minutes so no one ever picking back up. My husband was already on his way and when he got there, noticed the employees outside with their friends just chatting. I literally called 7 times needing a part asap. When someone finally answered, they said they did not have the part and quickly hung up. When my husband arrived he said they did have the part and the employees were just not paying attention to customers!

Update: The manager reached out to me and expressed sincere apologies, while also discussing potential factors that may have contributed to the situation. Her demeanor was exceptionally understanding and amicable throughout our conversation. Despite the discrepancy in my order, her thorough approach and evident consideration prior to speaking reassured me that she had thoroughly investigated the matter. Updating to four stars because she made the best out of the situation and as a customer, I appreciate that. _______________________________________________________________ I recently had a rather unsatisfactory experience with an online order I placed, which was scheduled for next-day pickup. Upon my arrival at the store around 1:00 PM EST, I was informed that only part of my order was ready, despite assurances that all items were in stock. What was anticipated to be a quick 5-minute visit turned into a frustrating 45-minute wait, only to discover that the store did not have the items they initially confirmed they had. Consequently, my order was canceled. This was particularly disappointing as I had traveled from Boston to Framingham specifically for this pickup. Moreover, the follow-up has been equally disheartening. Despite filing a complaint and being promised contact from a regional manager, I have yet to receive any response, despite several attempts to follow up. In comparison, I have found Advanced Auto Parts to be more reliable, both in terms of their supply chain and customer service. This experience has unfortunately influenced my decision to prefer their services in the future.
