Always have a good experience with the guys at VIP. I've gone to them many times over the last 5 years. Have had them repair exhausts and many tire repairs. Just had them replace my old stock tires with Michelin Defender2 tires. They price matched Amazon, and had me in and out within 45 minutes on a Saturday morning. They also discount 10% up to $50 off if you are a AAA member. Like anywhere else, make sure you review your invoice to make sure it's accurate and what was discussed. Sometimes it's busy and they can miss updating your invoice. Happened a few times, but not a big deal as they rectify it right away. Overall, good guys who do good and honest work. They are my go-to mechanics in the area.

Gave my car back in worse condition with engine lights on and multiple sensor warnings. Revved engine on lift several times, dashcam in my car picked up everything. Bad service. All to tell me the wheel is dented, which is why I brought it in the first place, cause I hit a pothole.

They did an amazing job when we needed their help after getting 2 flats from the rainstorm where we had to buy 2 brand new tires they were fast knew exactly what they were doing very respectful great workers and decent prices can't complain thanks vip tires!!
