Budget Car Rental

Location was alright. But they said they would be opened at 8am but they weren't. That was all fine, I had to wait outside for 30minutes until another person came by. She was not friendly or apologetic at all. Then when I returned the car at 7am, because no one was there to check my car, whoever got to the office first (the same person that checked out my car) checked in my car at 830 and charged me an additional day. Had to call budget and fight for it, but the rules and regulations are inconsistent, and staff were not friendly at all. Will not rent from this location again.

I was recently charged $75 after I canceled my reservation. I canceled the reservation because the staff told me I could not park my car at their location due to the snow. I thus got a UHaul from a location I could park as an alternative and cancelled my reservation. Even if I was able to use it all the trucks were snowed in. There was no warning that I would be charged for cancelling. It makes no sense that I would be charged when I could not make use of the reservation without being able to park. After complaining on Twitter they reached out and issued a refund.

After years of renting from hertz, they left my wife stranded with a we reserved a month in advance said we didnt confirm the reservation lie we called the day before they said they called the day of said we didnt answer lie no record of any call to us they were rude to me and my wife, So my wife is tired and carless until I called budget in framingham he jumped right into action offer the only car he had in the lot said he would match the price and would pick her up at Logan Express where hertzs left her stranded Thank you BUDGET FRAMINGHAM YOU HAVE A NEW CUSTOMER BYE HERTZ
